On November 16, at the intersection of National Highway 7A and National Highway 15 (Do Luong commune), a serious traffic accident occurred between a truck and an electric bicycle, killing an old woman.
According to initial information, at about 7:45 a.m. the same day, a Howo truck (license plate and driver unknown) was traveling on National Highway 7A in the direction of Do Luong Market - Do Luong Bridge. When arriving at the National Highway 7A - National Highway 15 intersection, the vehicle collided with an electric bicycle driven by an old woman.
The strong collision caused the victim to die on the spot.
Immediately after receiving the report, the authorities arrived at the scene to regulate traffic, protect the scene and investigate the cause of the incident.
According to initial information from local people, the victim resides in Lac Son commune, the old administrative unit of Do Luong, now in Thuan Trung commune, Nghe An province.
