The incident occurred at around 0:20 on November 15 in front of house number 260B Nguyen Luong Bang Street. The motorbike had Mr. N.V.T (born in 1989) and Mr. V.K.L (born in 1997, both residing in Phu Lien Ward) and it is unknown who was driving and collided with the car. After the collision, the car driver left the scene.
The collision injured Mr. T and L and took them to Kien An Hospital for emergency treatment. After that, Mr. T died at the hospital. The cause of the incident is currently being investigated and clarified.
Previously, around 21:20 on November 13, on National Highway 5 (a road under construction) in Phu Thai Commune, an accident also occurred between a motorbike driven by Mr. P.V.T (born in 1979, residing in Phu Thai Commune) traveling from Hai Phong to Hanoi colliding with another vehicle with an unknown license plate, the driver did not stop at the scene after the collision. As a result, Mr. T was injured. Currently, the causes of the incidents are being investigated and clarified.
