On November 15, Ho Chi Minh City Police are investigating the traffic accident between two motorbikes on December 22, in front of Tran Van On High School, Hoa Lan 2 Quarter, Thuan Giao Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
According to initial reports, on the evening of November 14, N.T.K (born in 2006, from Ca Mau province) was driving a motorbike carrying N.N.P.D (born in 2004, residing in Thuan Giao ward, Ho Chi Minh City) on the 22nd of December when he had an accident with a motorbike driven by Mr. H.N.P.C (born in 1985, residing in Hoa Lan 2 quarter, Thuan Giao ward) carrying his wife and children on the road.
The accident caused Mr. H.N.P.C to be seriously injured and die on the way to the emergency room. Mr. C's wife was not injured, H.C.C (born in 2017, son of Mr. C) suffered from left eczema hemorrhage, collapsed left elbow and some injuries to the left leg.

The accident also injured 2 young men on the motorbike. In which N.T.K suffered swelling in the head, forehead wound about 2 cm, wound between 2x2 cm eyebrows, left knee wound 2 cm, diagnosed with spinach underarrow bleeding, and broken lower jaw bone. N.N.P.D suffered a concussion, end timesmerited skull damage, abdominal cramps, and thighs.
Currently, 3 injured victims are being actively treated. Mr. H.N.P.C was a former traffic police officer of Thuan An City Police, Binh Duong Province. Then transferred to Lai Thieu Ward Police, Ho Chi Minh City.
