The National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong City had a meeting with voters of the wards: Hai Duong, Thanh Dong, Tan Hung, Thach Khoi, Viet Hoa, Nam Dong, Ai Quoc, Le Thanh Nghi and Tu Minh to prepare for the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
At the working session, the City National Assembly Delegation informed voters about the expected content and program of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly, which will take place from October 20 to December 12. At the session, the National Assembly will consider and decide on 42 draft laws, 3 important resolutions on socio-economics, budget, supreme supervision and many issues directly related to people's lives.
The atmosphere of the meeting was vibrant and open. Voters in the wards expressed their confidence in the leadership of the Party and State, and at the same time expressed many practical opinions directly related to life.

The opinions focused on current pressing issues such as: investing in drainage infrastructure, transportation, lighting; upgrading schools, adding teachers' staff; adjusting compensation and resettlement policies; reforming administrative procedures in the 2-level government model; improving the quality of healthcare services, social security; transparent price management and strengthening market stabilization measures.
Notably, many voters also recommended upgrading the National Public Service Portal and industry software to ensure smoothness, while reducing online transaction fees to encourage people and businesses to participate in digital services.

At the conference, voters of Hai Duong ward proposed many practical issues, focusing on adding staff and treatment regimes for grassroots cadres after the merger; reforming land and construction procedures, early connection of administrative data; adjusting regulations on fire prevention and fighting to suit reality.
Voters are also interested in price stabilization, transparency of operating mechanisms and expansion of stable sales points to ensure people's lives.

In addition, opinions suggested that site clearance work should be fair, synchronous resettlement, and support sustainable livelihoods; at the same time, taking advantage of surplus land funds and works to build facilities for care and well-being of the elderly.
These recommendations demonstrate voters' deep concern for people's policies, while sending confidence and hope to the National Assembly, the Government and local governments in promptly removing difficulties for the benefit of the people.
Concluding the meeting, Mr. Le Tien Chau - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong City - expressed his respect for the sense of responsibility, frankness and enthusiasm of voters in the 9 wards.
Mr. Chau suggested that departments, branches and localities continue to review and resolve voters' recommendations according to the assigned authority. For opinions and recommendations to the National Assembly, the City National Assembly Delegation will fully synthesize and report to the National Assembly, the Government and central agencies for consideration and resolution.
