On November 19, the Hanoi People's Council Delegation - Election Unit No. 11 met with voters of 5 wards: Xuan Dinh, Thuong Cat, Tay Tuu, Phu Dien, Dong Ngac before the year-end session of the 16th City People's Council, term 2021-2026.
At the conference, there were 20 recommendations related to organization, planning management, land, infrastructure, environment, social security policies, etc.
Regarding the 40m road planning (Dong Ngac road), voters of Dong Ngac ward asked whether this project will continue to be implemented, when will it be completed? What are the solutions for related projects affected?
Voters in Dong Ngac ward also recommended information about the Red River Landscape Avenue project from the investment policy, design plans, how it affects and impacts households in this area.

Voters in Tay Tuu ward recommended that the city speed up the progress of compensation payment and support for households when reclaiming and clearing the site for the High-Tech Biotechnology Park project.
Some voters also recommended that the City People's Committee soon invest in, renovate and repair the road along the Pheo River bank passing through Phuc Ly 2 residential group (Tay Tuu ward), the section near Bach bridge (about 20m long) that has collapsed, sunk, and broken, endangering people passing through the area.
Voters of Xuan Dinh Ward proposed that the City People's Council delegates report and propose to hand over 2 unconstructed school planning land areas in Tay Ho Tay Urban Area to Xuan Dinh Ward People's Committee to build public schools to serve the people in the ward.
Voters also recommended that the City People's Council delegates report and resolve the problem for residents to soon be granted a certificate of house use rights for residents of apartment building N02-T2 (132 apartments), building N03T7, N03T5-T6, N01-T1, N01-T2, diplomatic Corps project to ensure legal ownership according to regulations.
Accepting the opinions and recommendations of voters, Chairman of the Hanoi Party Committee's Inspection Committee Do Anh Tuan suggested that Party Committee Secretaries of the above wards need to strengthen leadership and direction to completely resolve voters' recommendations and proposals and pressing issues in the area.
For issues under the authority of the city, the Delegation will receive and synthesize them to departments and branches for resolution, with a specific completion deadline.
The Hanoi People's Committee has just reported to the Government on the implementation of the investment project to build the Red River Landscape Avenue.
The city believes that the project bears the symbolic mark and symbol of the Capital and this is an important moment to promote the development of urban space along both sides of the Red River.
The project has a research scale of about 11,000 hectares of land, of which the Red River Landscape Avenue axis is about 7,800 hectares, within the administrative boundaries of 16 wards and communes.
The main component of the project, the Red River Landscape Avenue, includes 2 roads running on both sides of the river with a total length of 92km, starting from Hong Ha bridge to Me So bridge. The route has a scale of 4-6 lanes, mainly going outside the dike and outside existing residential areas.
Running along both sides of the Red River are two 85km long monorail railway lines, meeting the TOD model (urban development oriented towards public transport). The project forms a chain of 8 open parks, ecological parks, and 12 theme parks with a total area of 3,297 hectares, including a number of highlight works of the capital located outside the dike.
The total estimated investment capital is about VND 338,000 billion, implemented under the public-private partnership method. Hanoi plans to start the project on December 19, with the goal of completion by 2030.
