Hoài Luân |

Binh Dinh - The An Nhon town government has enforced the recovery of land from the last household that has not yet handed over the land, to serve the construction of the access road to the expressway project.

On May 9, the People's Committee of An Nhon town (Binh Dinh) coordinated with relevant agencies to organize compulsory land recovery for Ms. Pham Thi Yen's household (who has passed away) and her heirs in Nhon Hoa ward, to construct the access road of the Hoai Nhon - Quy Nhon component project (the North - South expressway project in the East phase 2021-2025).

The coercive area is the land parcel No. 1581, map sheet No. 10, within the construction scope of the project through Nhon Hoa ward. Among the inheritance, only Mr. Tran Quang Tuan has not agreed to hand over the land, the remaining members agreed to allocate land to the project.

According to the People's Committee of An Nhon town, the locality has repeatedly mobilized and explained compensation and support policies but has not achieved consensus from all inheritance partners. After the enforcement, the authorities are completing procedures to hand over the site to the investor and contractor for construction.

The Hoai Nhon - Quy Nhon component project is over 70km long, with a total investment of over VND 12,401 billion, invested by Project Management Board 85 (Ministry of Construction), and is expected to open to traffic before September 2, 2025.
