According to the leaders of the Economic Department, decisions and plans to organize coercion, enforce coercion decisions, and decisions to sanction administrative violations against the household of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue (Die Ha village) and the household of Ms. Pham Thi Huyen (Co Chau village).
In the case of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue's household, in Gie Ha village, there was a violation of dumping soil for foundation with an area of 120m2, about 5m high within the protection scope of the Duy Tien River irrigation project.
Ms. Pham Thi Huyen's household in Co Chau village violated the construction of a project with an area of 21.5m2 (pavanh brick wall, tiled roof) and brick wall surrounded an area of 23.5m2 on public land managed by the Commune People's Committee.
According to the People's Committee of Chuyen My commune, in the past time, the commune's functional agencies have proactively advised and coordinated to implement violation handling steps to ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
At the same time, they organized many times of propaganda and mobilization, but currently households have not yet complied with the collection and dismantling of violating works, restoring the original state.
The Commune People's Committee has issued decisions and plans to organize coercion, enforce coercion decisions, and decisions to sanction administrative violations against households.
Accordingly, the time to organize coercion for Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue's household, Gie Ha village from 8:00 AM on January 27, 2026 until the task is completed; the time to organize coercion for Ms. Pham Thi Huyen's household, Co Chau village from 8:00 AM on January 28, 2026 until the task is completed.
Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Vu Van Huu said that commune agencies and units continue to do a good job of preparing machinery and equipment to be ready to participate in enforcement sessions to achieve results; ensure security and order, safety in the enforcement area, and be ready to handle arising situations.
At the same time, continue to promote propaganda and mobilize violating households to voluntarily comply, in order to minimize economic damage, strictly comply with legal regulations and have land handed over to accelerate the construction progress of projects in the commune.
