Accordingly, functional forces carried out land recovery enforcement for 3 households belonging to Thanh Cong TDP, Bac Kan ward. At the enforcement session, the households accepted the plan to support and compensate according to regulations and handed over the land.
Previously, households of Mr. C.T.C, Ms. D.T.M and Mr. V.T.H requested compensation for assets that are houses built against regulations on agricultural land.
At the same time, the families have some items such as B40 steel mesh fences and wooden incense trees planted after the project approval time.
Bac Kan Ward People's Committee has repeatedly organized dialogues and propaganda. However, the above households did not receive compensation and support money and did not hand over land according to regulations.
Up to now, Bac Kan ward has completed the handover of all clean ground to serve the construction of the Cho Moi - Bac Kan expressway. A total of 438 households are subject to site clearance.
The Cho Moi - Bac Kan expressway project was started in March 2025 with a length of more than 28km. The project has a total investment of nearly 5,800 billion VND, a scale of 4 lanes, speed of 80km/h. The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
