At noon on June 6, the Fire and Rescue Team of Area 8 under the Fire and Rescue Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police received a report about a broken green tree causing a motorcyclist to be trapped under the tree trunk.
The incident happened in the area at the beginning of August 21st street, Phan Rang ward.
Immediately after receiving the news, the unit dispatched 1 rescue vehicle and 6 officers and soldiers to the scene to deploy rescue work.
At the scene, a large tree branch fell and crushed the man and the motorbike with license plate 85AA-172. xx.
Rescue and relief forces urgently used specialized vehicles to cut and move the fallen tree parts, take the victims out and transfer them to Saigon - Phan Rang Hospital for emergency treatment.
Through initial verification, the victim is Mr. Tran V.T (born in 1982, residing in Dong Hai ward).
After completing the rescue work, functional forces handed over the scene to Phan Rang Ward Police to continue verifying and handling according to regulations.
