At 6:22 p.m. on November 30, Team 3 of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Hai Phong City Police received an order to rescue people in a car collision on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway (Km101 in Hai An district).
The unit urgently dispatched rescue vehicles and ambulances, in coordination with 2 fire trucks from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Region 6 to the scene.
At the scene, the truck with license plate 29K-016.70 collided with the rear of the passenger bus with license plate 34B-031.27. The police force used rescue vehicles to actively rescue the truck driver H.V.V (born in 1976) trapped in the cabin.
At 7:05 p.m. the same day, the authorities took the truck driver to safety and handed him over to the medical team for emergency treatment. At this time, the victim was still conscious, and the initial assessment was that the victim had a broken right leg.
Currently, the case is being investigated and handled by the authorities.
