Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Luong Nguyen Minh Triet has just signed and issued Official Letter No. 389/UBND-TH on the implementation of the Resolution of the regular Government meeting in June and the Online Conference of the Government with localities.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City assigned Directors of departments, branches, sectors and Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards, based on their assigned functions and tasks, to study the content of the Government's Resolution to proactively implement.
Timely advise the City People's Committee to direct the handling of arising issues beyond its authority. In particular, focusing on contents such as implementing regulations on decentralization, delegation of authority, and division of authority to ensure synchronization and connectivity in handling administrative procedures, and smooth, effective and efficient implementation of work under the authority of the two levels;
Do not interrupt work, leave areas or fields vacant or affect the normal operations of agencies, organizations, production and business activities of enterprises and the lives of people.
Arrange, arrange and use working headquarters, public assets; finances, working conditions, travel and living conditions of cadres, civil servants and public employees after the arrangement in accordance with the direction of the Government, the Prime Minister and the Chairman of the City People's Committee.
Closely monitor price and market developments, do not let there be shortages, disruptions in supply sources, or sudden price increases, especially for food, foodstuffs, construction materials, housing, agricultural supplies, textbooks; strictly handle violations of the law on prices, speculation, hoarding, and price manipulation.
Da Nang City resolutely implements solutions to speed up the disbursement of public investment capital, especially important and key projects and works of the country and the city; carries out capital transfer from projects with slow disbursement to projects with good disbursement according to regulations; ensure the disbursement of 100% of the 2025 plan.
The People's Committee of Da Nang City assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with units and localities to review and propose adjustments to the city's medium-term public investment plan of State budget capital for the period 2021-2025 and 2025 before July 20, 2025.
The Department of Education and Training advised the City People's Committee to prioritize the allocation of local budgets, effectively implementing integrated programs, projects, and works to increase investment in facilities, teaching equipment, and spending on teaching 2 sessions/day starting from the 2025-2026 school year at general education institutions in the area.
The Department of Industry and Trade coordinates with the Department of Finance to advise the City People's Committee to coordinate with ministries, branches, and associations to carry out trade promotion activities, develop markets, attract and expand investment in production and business, create new production capacity, ensure the supply of goods to meet the requirements of the domestic and export markets.
Advising the City People's Committee to develop and propose new policies for the Da Nang Free Trade Zone under the authority of the National Assembly, the Government, and the Prime Minister, and submit to competent authorities for consideration and decision before August 5, 2025.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinates with the City Military Command and relevant units and localities to urgently organize the implementation of disaster prevention, control, and rescue tasks at the provincial and commune levels; complete and update scenarios for readiness to respond to specific risk levels and types of natural disasters commonly occurring in the locality; protect key and vulnerable works, ensure safety of people's lives, and minimize human damage when natural disasters occur.
