On October 1, the People's Committee of Da Nang City announced that Da Nang will implement receiving and returning administrative procedure results for priority people at the reception and return of results department concentrated at the Da Nang City Administrative Center.
Priority beneficiaries include war invalids, sick soldiers, the elderly, pregnant women, and people with disabilities through the use of "Priority cards when carrying out administrative procedures".
Priority people when having administrative procedure transactions at the Reception and Result Delivery Department at the Da Nang City Administrative Center will be received, guided and checked by the Standing Department of Call Center 1022 to issue priority cards in accordance with regulations.
Priority people must present their "Priority card when performing administrative procedures" at the counter of the department, agency, or branch and receive priority in receiving and returning results of administrative procedures.
In case at the same time there are 2 or more priority people requesting to carry out procedures at the same transaction counter, they will be resolved according to the order number written on the priority card (the person who arrives first will receive the card with the order number first).
During the process of carrying out procedures for priority people, the civil servant at the transaction counter is responsible for putting up a notice board stating that the counter is carrying out administrative procedures for priority people so that those waiting to carry out administrative procedures know.
After finishing the priority processing, the counter staff will continue to process other cases in the order of the numbers registered at the numbering machine of the Centralized Reception and Results Department.
Organizations and individuals performing administrative procedures at the Reception and Results Department at the Da Nang City Administrative Center must follow the instructions and regulations on policies for priority people in performing administrative procedures, demonstrating the beauty of the culture of mutual support, mutual love, sharing and assistance of society towards priority people.
