On March 8, the Military Command (CHQS) of Cao Bang province held a launching ceremony and launched a peak emulation period to implement the "Dong Khe Campaign 2026", participating in supporting the construction of the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) expressway.
This emulation period is implemented according to the Prime Minister's policy.
Thereby, promoting the role of local military forces in participating in labor production, contributing to economic development associated with consolidating national defense and security in the region.
107 officers and soldiers mobilized will participate in supporting the construction of items such as: construction and reinforcement of drainage ditches; construction of stone embankments; concrete dredging of shallow streams; making stone cages and auxiliary works as required by the construction unit.
The implementation time is from March 9 to June 30, 2026 on a section of about 14km long, from Km79 to Km93, passing through the communes of Phuc Hoa, Hanh Phuc and Quang Uyen (Cao Bang province).
