As part of the 2026 Moc Chau Tourism Program "Moc Chau - Flower Season Rendezvous", on January 18, Moc Chau ward organized a real-scene fashion contest "Moc Chau - Brilliant Flower Season", attracting a large number of people and tourists.
The competition has 33 contestants participating in the individual competition and 8 collective competition teams from kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools in the area.
On the poetic natural scenery of Moc Chau plateau, the contestants performed elaborately designed national costumes, inspired by the beauty of cherry blossoms, plum blossoms, ban flowers, mustard flowers, apricot blossoms, wild sunflowers...
Traditional materials, friendly to the green environment, are skillfully combined, creating novel designs, imbued with the breath of the highlands.
In the individual competition, each contestant has 3–7 minutes of performance; the collective competition lasts from 5–10 minutes.
Not only is it a fashion playground, the contest is also an opportunity for students to express their pride in Moc Chau's culture, people and nature in front of friends and tourists at home and abroad.
Mr. Do Tri Dung, Vice Chairman of Moc Chau Ward People's Committee, said that organizing the contest is to spread the image of Moc Chau flower season, contributing to promoting the natural beauty and unique culture of Moc Chau National Tourist Area - the world's leading natural destination.
Hoang Hai Ngoc, a student at Moc Ly High School, shared: "This is the first time participating in a real-scene fashion competition, I am very proud to be introduced to the beauty of Moc Chau through ethnic costumes and the homeland flower season.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 3 first prizes, 3 second prizes, and 3 third prizes for each individual and collective content.
