Nghe An - On the morning of July 9, the delegation of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council respectfully offered flowers in front of the President Ho Chi Minh Monument, expressing their deep gratitude.

Before the opening of the 31st Session (regular session in mid-2025), the delegation of the 18th Nghe An Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, held a flower offering ceremony at Ho Chi Minh Square (Thanh Vinh Ward).

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee (VFF), Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, delegates of the Provincial People's Council and representatives of departments, branches and sectors.

Offering a bouquet of fresh flowers to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation expressed their respect and infinite gratitude for his great contributions.

The 31st session of Nghe An Provincial People's Council is expected to review, discuss 27 reports and approve 20 draft resolutions on socio-economic development, national defense and security in the last 6 months of 2025.

The meeting will also conduct a question-and-answer session, focusing on improving the investment environment, removing difficulties for businesses, raising the PCI index, the work of preventing counterfeit and poor quality goods and many other important contents.

Voters' opinions and recommendations are received via the online and direct phone system at the Nghe An Province Citizen Reception Office.
