According to the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, implementing Directive No. 45-CT/TW dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo and the plans of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the 1st Congress of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, will take place over 2 days, 2 and 3, 2025, at the Provincial Labor Culture House (Tra Ly Ward, Hung Yen).
The Congress summoned 438 delegates, representing more than 182,000 party members in the entire Provincial Party Committee. The Congress is tasked with summarizing the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, determining the goals, directions, and tasks for the 2025-2030 term; at the same time, discussing and contributing opinions to the draft Documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The first working day begins at 7:30 a.m. on October 2, 2025; the solemn session opens the second working day, taking place from 7:30 a.m. on October 3, 2025.
The 1st Hung Yen Provincial Party Congress is an important political event, marking a new development step of the province after the merger, affirming the will, belief and development aspiration of the entire Party Committee and People in the province.
The Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee called on cadres, party members and people to promote the tradition of culture, revolution, solidarity and emulation to achieve practical results, contributing to the overall success of the Congress.
