Graduating from the People's Security Academy, Captain Nguyen Van Vinh used to work at a Ministry-level unit. However, with the desire to contribute directly to his homeland, he chose to return to work at Quang Tri Provincial Police according to the local policy of attracting high-quality human resources.
After working at the Criminal Police Department, then transferring to the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department, he gradually accumulated experience, improved professional capacity, especially in the field of fighting cybercrime.
During his work, Captain Nguyen Van Vinh has always been assigned many important tasks. Complex cases and incidents have become a practical environment for him to train his bravery, improve his qualifications, and meet the increasing requirements of ensuring network security in the new situation.
With outstanding contributions, Captain Nguyen Van Vinh has been awarded the title of Grassroots Emulation Soldier for many consecutive years and has been awarded a certificate of merit by the Minister of Public Security for outstanding achievements in crime prevention and control.
Notably, recently, he was honored to be one of the 10 "Typical Young Faces of Quang Tri for the first time" awarded by the Quang Tri Provincial Youth Union.
