Accordingly, the Command Headquarters is located at facility 2 - Provincial People's Committee Headquarters (No. 7 Doc Lap Street, Tuy Hoa Ward) with Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan as Commander. Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Thi Nguyen Thao is the Permanent Deputy Commander.
The Deputy Commanders include: Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van; Vice Chairman of the Dao My Provincial People's Committee; Director of the Provincial Police Phan Thanh Tam; Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command Le Van Hung and Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment Nguyen Minh Huan.

The Command Department is responsible for commanding the work of preventing, combating, responding, searching for and rescuing victims of storm No. 15 and floods caused by storms in the province.
The working time of the Command Department starts from November 27, 2025 until the completion of the task.
