On May 26, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee directed relevant departments and branches to advise on procedures for implementing the arrangement of public service units under the district-level People's Committees.
The province has agreed on a plan to merge public service units under the district-level People's Committees related to public services, including the Land Fund Development Center and the Project Management Board.
Accordingly, the entire apparatus, personnel (if any), assets and debts related to public service and public services will be transferred from the district-level People's Committee to the Dak Lak Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The district-level land fund development center will also be transferred to the provincial land fund development center, along with all personnel and assets.
The entire District Project Management Board will be transferred to the Dak Lak Province Rural Development and Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The Department of Home Affairs is assigned to urgently coordinate with relevant departments and branches to advise on documents directing the Provincial People's Committee to implement specific contents.
This document needs to clearly state the procedures, tasks of each unit and completion time, and must be sent to the Provincial People's Committee before May 29, 2025.
