People are taught vocational skills, access to science and technology
In recent years, the authorities of Dak Lak province have organized many vocational training classes for rural workers, especially in disadvantaged ethnic minority areas.
At the same time, agencies also implement digital transformation training for cadres, authorities and people. Thereby, the awareness and actions of many people in rural areas have changed significantly.

According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Secretary of the Iaiap Commune Party Committee, in September 2025, the locality organized a training course on digital technology transfer for cadres and people.
Mr. Tuan commented: Digital transformation is the vital task of the political system, such as eliminating hunger strikers and weak strikers. Participants of all ages can access information and apply it in practice right after the course.
The popularization of digital technology helps localities more conveniently implement major programs and policies of the Party and State, while supporting cadres in handling administrative procedures.
