Implementing the direction of the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial People's Committee, the Traffic Police (CSGT) of Dak Lak Provincial Police has synchronously deployed many solutions to ensure traffic order and safety in the area.
Since the beginning of the year, patrolling, controlling and handling traffic violations has been carried out regularly and drastically, especially during peak periods, holidays, Tet and major political events of the province.
According to the Dak Lak Provincial Traffic Safety Committee, in the first 9 months of 2025, the traffic order and safety situation continued to be controlled and reduced in all three criteria: number of accidents, number of deaths and injuries.
Of which, the number of traffic administrative violations decreased by more than 19,000 cases, equivalent to 21% compared to the same period in 2024.
This is the result of more than 29,000 patrols organized with the participation of more than 92,000 officers and soldiers.
Notably, violations that directly cause the risk of traffic accidents such as using alcohol, beer, drugs while driving, speeding, carrying overloaded goods... continue to be inspected and strictly handled.
Of which, the authorities have detected 8,359 cases of violations of alcohol and drug concentrations, down 6,950 cases (equivalent to 45.4%) compared to last year.
Through the inspections, the Traffic Police force has fined 57,223 violations, collected more than 102.7 billion VND into the State Treasury, temporarily detained 11,033 vehicles, revoked 3,164 cases with valid driving licenses and deducted points from 4,657 cases' driving licenses.
