On March 22, a source from the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee said that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee had directed relevant units to organize a review of public housing to prepare for the merger of administrative units.
Relevant units will organize a review of the quantity, current status and have a plan to renovate public housing. This work aims to be proactive and carefully prepare accommodation for officials coming to the work area.
Currently, Dak Lak province has a number of public housing units managed by the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Office. Some public housing units of agencies and units located in the province are also being reviewed.
Public housing includes villas, townhouses and apartments with different area standards suitable for each group of tenants according to the provisions of law.
Subjects eligible to rent public housing include: Leaders of the Party and State who are eligible to rent public housing during their tenure.
Cadres and civil servants of Party, State agencies and socio-political organizations are mobilized, rotated, and seconded from central agencies to work locally.
Cadres from one locality to another to hold positions from Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, Deputy Director of the Department and equivalent or higher.
