In the last months of the fourth quarter of 2024, the number of people coming to the Dak Lak Provincial Public Administration Center to apply for administrative procedure settlement increased dramatically, especially on Mondays.The most are still procedures for applying for citizen identification cards, issuing and changing driver's licenses, criminal records, etc.
Regarding this issue, Ms. Hoang Thi Tam - Deputy Director of Dak Lak Provincial Public Administration Center - admitted: "At the end of the calendar year, at the beginning of the week, there are often many people coming to make documents and handle administrative procedures in all fields. When the number of people is too large, beyond our control, we will assign more staff to support people, ensuring flexibility and order.
At the same time, the unit also requested people to complete administrative procedures according to the instructions. At that time, we will create maximum conditions for people to complete as soon as possible.
According to forecasts, from now until the end of 2024, the Dak Lak Provincial Public Administration Center will continue to increase the number of people registering to submit administrative procedure settlement dossiers. In order to minimize the settlement of late dossiers and create maximum conditions for people and businesses, Dak Lak Provincial authorities will continue to implement many measures.
In particular, continue to invest and supplement facilities and equipment for the Provincial Public Administration Center to ensure spaciousness, modernity and synchronization to better serve the people and businesses. The unit also upgrades equipment and software to meet the requirements of receiving, processing and returning results at the center.
Ms. Hoang Thi Tam - Deputy Director of Dak Lak Provincial Public Administration Center emphasized: "In the coming time, the unit will continue to implement the model "No writing on Monday, online on Wednesday", regularly arranging facilities to serve people and businesses.
