On March 18, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee informed that the unit had issued a document requesting the opinion of the Central Organizing Committee regarding the election of additional positions of Chairman of the Ea H'leo District People's Committee for Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Ea H'leo District Party Committee.
The transfer and appointment procedures for Mr. Toan were carried out before March 7.
According to the representative of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, in the case of Mr. Toan and Mr. Nguyen Van Ha, Secretary of the Ea H'leo District Party Committee, the province had a policy to implement before March 7.
This process has been approved by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to be transferred to the grassroots and elected to additional positions as needed. The unit has reported and is waiting for instructions from the Central Organizing Committee.
According to the investigation, on the afternoon of March 20, the People's Council of Ea Hleo district will hold a thematic session, carrying out procedures to dismiss Mr. Nguyen Van Ha from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Ea H'leo district.
The reason is that Mr. Ha was previously approved by the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee as Secretary of the Ea H'leo District Party Committee on March 7.
The thematic session of the District People's Council also plans to elect Mr. Nguyen Van Toan to hold the position of Chairman of the Ea H'leo District People's Committee.
Previously, on March 7, the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee issued a decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, Deputy Head of the Department of Culture and Society (Dak Lak Provincial People's Council) to join the District Party Executive Committee, the District Party Standing Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ea H'leo District Party Committee.
