On July 21, the Hai Duong Ward Party Committee (Hai Phong City) held a conference of key officials to collect opinions on introducing personnel for the Ward Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
The conference was held to properly implement the process and instructions of superiors on personnel leadership and management in the locality.
At the conference, delegates discussed, commented and specifically assessed the political standards, moral qualities, working capacity and reputation of the introduced personnel.
In the spirit of democracy, objectivity and responsibility, the conference voted to recommend three comrades including: Director of the Center for Culture, Sports and Communications; Head of Hai Duong Ward Health Station No. 2; and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward in charge of the Farmers' Association to continue implementing the next steps in the personnel introduction process.
The conference results are an important basis for the Ward Party Committee to complete the personnel plan and submit it to the competent authority for consideration and approval. The careful, methodical and correct preparation is identified as a key factor to ensure that the Hai Duong Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term takes place on schedule, in accordance with procedures, ensuring democracy and efficiency.
