Based on the water level of the rivers, the Command Committee has issued a second alert on the Bui River and the Tich River.
Alert II on the Bui River, in the communes of Xuan Mai, Phu Nghia, Tran Phu, Quang Bi, Hoa Phu, Phuc Son.
The Command Committee issued an alert level II on the Tich River in the areas of wards and communes: Son Tay, Phuc Tho, Doai Phuong, Thach That, Ha Bang, Tay Phuong, Kieu Phu, Phu Cat, Phu Nghia.
The City Civil Defense Command requires communes and units in the above areas to strictly implement the regulations when there is an alert level II.
Due to the influence of the circulation of storm No. 10 Bualoi, the city will have moderate rain, heavy rain from 7am and very heavy rain concentrated with high intensity from 11am to 1pm (some areas will have over 150mm of rain for 120 minutes), then continue to have heavy rain for a long time.
Notably, the rainfall measured from 7am to 4pm on September 30 increased dramatically, in O Cho Dua ward (421mm), Vinh Thanh commune (331.3mm), Hai Ba Trung ward (323.9mm), Thuong Tin commune (300mm), Yen So ward 260mm, Tay Ho ward (221mm), Thanh Tri commune (205.5mm)...
