When receiving a notice of administrative violations of road traffic order and safety or through a search on the website of the Traffic Police Department (at CSgt.vn), the vehicle owner or driver can go to the location where the violation was detected to resolve the issue.
For people residing in Hanoi, they can go to the locations to receive and resolve the collected results using professional equipment and means (cold fines) of the Hanoi Traffic Police Department to resolve administrative violations.
According to the authorities, all cases of violations of fines are notified, requiring vehicle owners, organizations, and individuals involved in administrative violations to go to the police headquarters where administrative violations are detected for settlement.
The notice of violation is made in writing or electronically (when meeting the conditions of infrastructure, technology, information); and posted on the website of the Traffic Police Department for people to proactively look up and comply with.
The Traffic Police Department recommends that people should be vigilant against fraudulent calls announcing traffic fines to avoid falling into traps of bad guys. When detecting cases with signs of fraud as above, people need to immediately report to the nearest police agency for prevention and control.
