Mr. Dang Ngoc Hung - Director of Dong Hoi Ward General Service Center said that the unit has received instructions from the leaders of the Ward People's Committee and is coordinating with relevant forces to develop a plan to handle accumulated garbage points.
According to Mr. Hung, in the immediate future, the locality will organize the collection and cleaning of polluted areas in the near future. In the long term, the ward will strengthen solutions to prevent illegal dumping of garbage, including a plan to install surveillance cameras to detect and handle violations.

Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that along the road connecting Tran Quang Khai with Nguyen Tu Khiem, the section adjacent to the Cau Rao River, a series of piles of rubble, domestic waste, spiritual waste, nylon packaging, styrofoam boxes, and even old toilet bowls were scattered. Many points of garbage emitted a foul odor, stretching hundreds of meters, affecting urban aesthetics and the living environment of people.
Not only on Tran Quang Khai - Nguyen Tu Khiem street, but along Tran Quang Khai street, there are also many improper garbage collection points. Local people said that the situation of secretly dumping garbage takes place for a long time, mainly at night or when there are few people, making handling difficult.
