The Project to Build a Standard Political School in Tuyen Quang province for the period 2022 - 2030 was approved by the Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee from December 31, 2024, according to Decision No. 1474/QD-UBND.
This is a project belonging to Group B, with a total investment of nearly 300 billion VND invested by the Department of Construction of Tuyen Quang province, constructed in Minh Xuan ward, Tuyen Quang province.
According to the reporter's investigation, the Department of Construction of Tuyen Quang province recently issued a decision approving the contractor selection results for Package XL-01: Construction and procurement, installation of equipment of the project.
Package XL-01 was widely bid through the network, with an estimated price of 226,404,204,000 VND (of which the contingency cost is 10,096,945,000 VND) from the local budget.
According to the Approval Decision, Phuc Thanh An Co., Ltd. is the enterprise that won Package XL-01 with a price of 223,759,306,061 VND.
Thus, Phuc Thanh An Co., Ltd. will construct the works of Tuyen Quang Provincial Political School in Group 5, Y La ward, former Tuyen Quang city (now Ỷ La 5 residential group, Minh Xuan ward).
According to the bidding documents, the scale of construction investment includes: Working area, study area, accommodation area, physical training area, auxiliary works.
With the office building area, including: Office building Block of the Board of Directors (3 floors, total floor area 1,210m2) and office buildings of departments, functional rooms (3 floors, 1,202m2); hall building (2 floors, 2,569m2).
With the school building area, including: Classroom building (3 floors, total floor area 2,857m2), library building (2 floors, 677m2).
With accommodation areas, including: Student dormitory (3 floors, total floor area 2,306m2), guesthouse (4 floors, 1,807m2), dining hall (1 floor, 779m2).
With a physical training area, including: Multi-purpose gymnasium (1 floor, 7 compartments, compartment sizes 20.25m2 and 22.5m2), sports court (tennis court, football field, running track - total area 3,820m2).
The above works are built and fully installed with power supply systems, lightning protection, communication systems, fire prevention and fighting, and water supply and drainage systems.
Along with that, Package XL-01 will deploy a series of auxiliary works, including: Demolition, leveling, retaining walls, security houses, parking garages, electrical technical houses, main gates, auxiliary gates, solid fences, airy fences, concrete yards...
The objective of the project is to invest in building new facilities, purchasing technical means and equipment of the Provincial Political School to ensure completion of the criteria for Political Schools meeting level 1 and level 2 standards according to Regulation No. 11-QD/TW dated May 19, 2021 of the Party Central Committee Secretariat on standard political schools, Project No. 08-DA/TU dated September 22, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee Building a standard Political School in the period 2022 - 2030 to meet the requirements of performing the school's teaching and learning tasks.
