Thanh Ba commune, Phu Tho province was established on the basis of arranging and merging the entire natural area and population size of Thanh Ba town and Dong Xuan, Hanh Cu, Van Linh communes of the old Thanh Ba district.
The project to renovate and upgrade rural traffic roads from provincial road 314 to Hanh Cu area 1 was approved according to Decision No. 483 dated May 26, 2026 of Thanh Ba Commune People's Committee.
This is a project belonging to group C, with a total investment of nearly 18 billion VND invested by Thanh Ba Commune Public Service Center.
According to the reporter's investigation, on July 15, Thanh Ba Commune Public Service Center issued a bidding invitation notice for Package No. 05: Construction of the project.
Package No. 05 was widely bid through the network, with a value of more than 15.5 billion VND from the commune budget and other legal mobilized sources.
In the near future, after the above-mentioned construction package completes the contractor selection, the winning bidder will construct the renovation and upgrading of rural traffic roads from provincial road 314 to area 1 Hanh Cu in Thanh Ba commune with a total length of 2,529.98m.
Regarding design solutions, the road being constructed will have a minimum roadbed width of 6m, a minimum road surface width of 5m; design load for small drainage works 6000kg/axis; design speed 30km/h.
The roadside drainage system is designed synchronously, ensuring sufficient load-bearing structure according to the designed load and ensuring sufficient drainage capacity.
The intersection and turns are designed to be level intersections, connected smoothly and safely. The traffic safety system is designed in accordance with the National Technical Regulation on road signs.
The completion deadline for the bidding package is 300 days from the date the contract takes effect.
