The project to invest in facilities for the Central Ethnic Minority University Preparatory School was approved according to Decision No. 140/QD-BDTTG dated March 28, 2025 of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religious Affairs.
This project belongs to Group B, with a total investment of more than 197 billion VND invested by the Construction Specialized Investment Project Management Board (under the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religious Affairs).
According to the reporter's investigation, package XL02: Construction, supply and installation of synchronous construction equipment of the project has just completed the contractor selection work.
Package XL02 is priced at nearly 174 billion VND from central budget development investment capital for the period 2021-2025, under the National Target Program for socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030, phase I: from 2021 to 2025.
According to the investor's approval decision, "Viet Tri Joint Venture" includes 7 contractors who won bidding package XL02 with a price of more than 173 billion VND. The bidding package implementation time is 285 days.
According to the project dossier, the winning contractors will deploy package XL02 to demolish works on an area of more than 3,800m2 of land; renovate works on a total floor area of about 11,000m2; build new works on a total floor area of more than 14,200m2; purchase equipment for works, construct technical infrastructure...
The investment objective of the project is to consolidate and strengthen facilities and training capacity of university preparatory schools and ethnic minority boarding schools; improve the quality of university preparatory system training for ethnic minority students, and ensure the quality of university training for ethnic minorities.
