Vocational training opens the way for the future
A representative of the Chu Pah Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center said that vocational training is a key issue to help improve the level of understanding and knowledge for workers.
In reality, many workers do not have professional and technical qualifications, not meeting the requirements of the labor market as well as production and business enterprises. This significantly affects employment opportunities for young people in ethnic minority areas.

Therefore, along with vocational training, the Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center will strengthen consultation and teaching to workers about awareness and discipline in the industrial environment, especially in complying with working hours to stay long-term.
Every year, the Center coordinates with communes and the Gia Lai Provincial Employment Service Center to organize a job fair, where workers can seek job opportunities at factories, processing workshops, and production facilities in industrial parks and clusters.

Business owners also participate in on-site labor consulting and recruitment fairs with salary and preferential regimes in accordance with legal regulations.
Not only workers, junior high school and high school students also participate in career counseling sessions, helping them grasp information and labor market needs in many different professions.

In the coming time, the government of Ia Phi commune, Gia Lai province will continue to widely propagate to young people of vocational training age, while strengthening inspection and assessment work.
With the investment attraction policies of the Provincial People's Committee, projects in industrial parks and clusters in the western area of Gia Lai are expected to create more jobs for local workers.
