After more than 2 years of construction, the estimated construction value is about 1,120.2/1,487.4 billion VND (excluding contingency costs), reaching 75% of the contract value. In 2024, the allocated capital is over 301.7 billion VND, of which nearly 182.7 billion VND has been disbursed, reaching 60.5%.
Mr. Luong Quang Tien - representative of Hai Duong Embankment and Rural Development Construction Joint Stock Company - a joint venture contractor said - with just over a month left until the end of 2024, contractors are focusing highly on resources, mobilizing more equipment and machinery, increasing construction teams... Striving to reach 85% of output by December 31, 2024, disbursing at least 95% according to the capital plan assigned in 2024.
"We aim to complete the project by June 2025, ensuring technical quality, aesthetics, environmental sanitation, labor safety, and creating space for project development after completion," said Mr. Tien.
Similarly, at the construction site of the Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang Expressway Component 4 Project, the section passing through Soc Trang province, after more than 1 year of construction, many problems have been gradually resolved, construction progress has improved and gradually accelerated.
According to Project Management Board 2 - the total length of the route is about 58.37km. The total investment is over 11,900 billion VND. In 2024, over 2,322 billion VND was allocated, over 1,296 billion VND has been disbursed, reaching 55.8% of the plan. The project has 4 construction packages, the implementation value is over 1,171 billion VND, reaching 14.5% of the contract value.
Currently, contractors are speeding up the implementation progress, striving to achieve an average output of VND 250 billion/package by December 31, 2024, disbursing at least 95% of the capital allocated by the Central Budget in 2024. By December 12, 2025, achieve an average output of VND 1,000 billion/package, disbursing at least 95% of the capital allocated by the Central Budget in 2025.
Mr. Trinh Van Manh - Director of the Executive Board of Corps 12 (Truong Son Construction Corporation) said that the joint venture contractors of package 11 focused all resources, took advantage of favorable weather to construct, increased shifts, and moved towards ending the slow progress. By December 31, 2024, the production value is expected to reach over 250 billion VND and the disbursement value to be over 300 billion VND.
