Second-class Labor Medal for Mr. Ly Van Kinh - former Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Standing Committee of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee assigned the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant specialized agencies to complete procedures and dossiers for state-level commendation for the above 2 individuals according to regulations.
