On April 4 and 16, at the 33rd and 34th sessions, the Inspection Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee reviewed and concluded the inspection when there were signs of violations against Party organizations and Party members. The content focuses on the process of leading, directing and implementing green tree projects in the area.
The Inspection Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee determined that many Party organizations such as the Party Committee of the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction - Land Fund Development of Dong Hoi City, Bo Trach District; along with Party Committees and Party Cell of the Public Works Management Board in many districts and towns, have failed to inspect and supervise, leading to violations.
On that basis, expel from the Party the following cases: Nguyen Viet Son, Nguyen Huu Kien, Duong Thanh Hai, Pham Cong Giap, Tran Van Su, Dinh Xuan Tien, Tran Van Tuyen; propose competent authorities to consider and discipline Mr. Nguyen Van Sy and Nguyen Hoai Nam by expelling them (At the conference on April 9, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to discipline Mr. Nguyen Van Sy and Nguyen Hoai Nam by expelling them).
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the Party Cell, Party Cell and Mr. Tran Duy Khanh - Party Cell Secretary, Director of the Dong Hoi City Public Service Management Board for the 2020-2025 term; Mr. Doan Phuc Hanh - Party Cell Secretary, Director of the Management Board of the Minh Hoa District Land Fund Development and Investment Project to seriously learn from experience.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has decided to reprimand 1 district-level party organization and many subordinate Party cells; warn 3 party members; and require lessons learned from 1 Party organization and 22 party members.
In addition, individuals involved in appraisal, approval, technical document consultation and bidding for project packages were also considered for responsibility, of which 22 people were reprimanded.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission emphasized that violations by individuals and organizations not only caused budget losses but also reduced the prestige of the Party organization, affecting the people's trust.
