This representative added that although they have not registered for examination, from a medical perspective, the hospital hopes the family will calmly take care of their health.
Regarding the above content, Lac Viet Friendship Hospital issued an official notice about the incident.
According to the hospital, on the afternoon of September 17, customers were present at the reception hall. Due to concern for the health of relatives, this person's family reflected that the hospital had made mistakes in the treatment process. One person used a phone to livestream in the waiting area.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Board of Directors of Lac Viet Hospital and specialized departments reviewed the medical data system and extracted security camera footage for inspection.
As a result, medical records and medical examination and treatment images at the unit according to the content reflected by relatives of customers did not exist.
To clarify the matter, the hospital requested local police to assist in working together and comparing information with the family.
On September 18, the Provincial Police said that the unit had arrested Mr. Nguyen Khac Hong to investigate the act of causing trouble at Lac Viet Friendship Hospital.
According to initial information, at about 3:45 pm on September 17, a group of about 10 people, including both men and women, arrived at the 1st floor, International Building, Lac Viet Friendship Hospital.
These people have acts of filming videos, broadcasting livestreams, raising voices, cursing, causing disorder, and disrupting medical examination and treatment activities.
The incident affects the operation of the hospital, the lives of patients, their families and staff. The livestream content also attracted about 17,000 interactions, comments, and shares on social networks.
Through initial verification, the police agency determined that the incident originated from information provided by Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh (born in 1999, residing in Hop Ly commune, Phu Tho province) to relatives about her pregnancy.
On September 17, the family took Anh to the Central Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital for examination. The results determined that Anh was not pregnant.

Believing his daughter's words, Mr. Nguyen Khac Hong (born 1976, residing in Tam Duong commune, Phu Tho province), Anh's biological father, and his family went to Lac Viet Friendship Hospital.
Here, Hong used her personal Facebook account to livestream. This person cursed, caused disorder and provided false information related to the hospital.
According to the police agency, the above act affects the normal operation and reputation of the hospital, and also affects patients, patients' families and staff working here.
After about 5 hours of verification and investigation, the Police Agency issued an arrest warrant for Nguyen Khac Hong to investigate the act of "Disturbing public order", as stipulated in Article 318 of the Penal Code.
The Police Agency continues to investigate and clarify the actions of related people to handle according to legal regulations, including the posting and sharing of false content and clips on social networks.
