Responding at the dialogue, Director of the Hanoi Department of Science and Technology Tran Anh Tuan - said that the department is submitting to the Hanoi People's Committee a project on human resource training in many forms and levels.
The first step is to immediately train 50,000 high-quality digital human resources, ordered at universities and academies. Hanoi can recruit human resources as second-year and third-year students according to a very high framework of requirements.
After that, Hanoi will place orders, pay and schools will train according to Hanoi's orientation according to the content of 11 strategic technologies and some other technologies that the city needs.
When graduating, Hanoi will use this human resource, along with a commitment that the trained cases will contribute to the city for a certain period of time.
The second type is the Next 1,000 excellent program. The city will spend about 40 billion VND/year and strictly select and select bachelors and graduates in strategic technology industries. After that, the city will pay tuition and send these cases to study at training schools that are among the top in the world.
"After graduating, you must commit to working in Hanoi for at least 5 years. We will select and implement it from 2026" - Mr. Tuan said.
In the third phase, the Department of Science and Technology will coordinate with the Department of Education and Training and the Department of Home Affairs to "train the elite". There are two levels in this format.

"In a few years, we will have a high-quality workforce. This force will serve the city itself. Next is to serve global businesses to invest in Hanoi," Mr. Tuan shared.
