Pursuant to Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government regulating decentralization and delegation of authority in the field of emulation and rewards; detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Rewards, the Ministry of Home Affairs conducts public consultation on the case of submitting for consideration and awarding the title of "Hero of Labor" to Mr. Nguyen Hanh (Johnathan Hanh Nguyen, with Vietnamese nationality and US nationality), Chairman of the Board of Members of the Inter-Pacific Group (IPPG), Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Previously, on December 3, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee submitted Document No. 999/TTr-UBND to the Prime Minister for consideration and proposal to the President to award the title of "Hero of Labor" to Mr. Nguyen Hanh (Johnathan Hanh Nguyen).
Pursuant to the Law on Emulation and Commendation and Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government, the Central Emulation and Commendation Committee and the Ministry of Home Affairs shall collect public opinions according to regulations on the case of submitting for consideration and awarding the title of "Hero of Labor" as mentioned above.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that the comments should be sent to the Central Emulation and Reward Committee, address number 103 Quan Thanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi for synthesis and reporting to the Central Emulation and Reward Council.
