Speaking at the award ceremony, Mr. Tran Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions said that the first Political Science Contest to protect the Party's ideological foundation in the Party Committee in 2025 has become an important highlight, a period of extensive political activities, creating a clear mark in the ideological work of the entire Party Committee.
Although the newly established Party Committee, the affiliated Party organizations have shown a very high sense of initiative and responsibility. After 3 months of organizing the contest, the Organizing Committee received nearly 600 entries from authors and groups of authors participating in the contest.
The Standing Committee of the Party Committee has directed the selection of excellent entries to award prizes and send them to the Central level competition, in which the Party Committee was honored as one of 20 outstanding collectives nationwide, along with 6 individual authors and groups of authors who won high prizes in the Central level competition.

At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Thang launched the 2nd Political Competition in 2026 in the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations, requesting advisory agencies and affiliated party organizations to continue to widely deploy, innovate methods, mobilize party members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members and people from all walks of life to actively participate, contributing to building a solid "ideological shield" in the entire Party Committee, contributing to protecting the Party, protecting the State, protecting the socialist and people's regime.
At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee of the Competition awarded 20 individual prizes: 1 First Prize; 3 Second Prizes; 6 Third Prizes; 10 Encouragement Prizes; in which a series of 3-term articles: " Identifying plots and tricks of hostile forces taking advantage of incidents and hot spots to cause the risk of " Colored Revolution" in Vietnam" by the group of authors of Nhan Dan Newspaper won the First Prize.
