Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City organized a working delegation led by Comrade Pham Hai Hoa, City Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City, Chairman of the City Farmers' Association to visit and give gifts to encourage families who are members of farmers' associations, women's associations, and veterans' associations in difficult circumstances in Quang Minh commune, Hanoi.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to farmer association member Nguyen Thi Nga (born in 1964, Ap Ha village). Ms. Nga is in especially difficult circumstances, her husband passed away early, her health is poor, she cannot do heavy work, her family has no place to live, currently Ms. Nga and her grandchild are in grade 4 and have to stay at an acquaintance's house, their lives are lacking. Comrade Pham Hai Hoa kindly shared and encouraged her to maintain her health, overcome difficulties soon to stabilize her life and continue to take care of her children's education.

Also in Ap Ha village, the group visited Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung, a women's union member who struggled to raise 3 young children to study, whose husband unfortunately passed away 5 years ago. With a small salary, Ms. Nhung often has to work overtime to earn more income to cover her living expenses. Moved by the visit and encouragement of comrade Pham Hai Hoa, Ms. Nhung happily received the gift and sent her thanks to the Party Committee, government and the City Fatherland Front Committee.
On the same day, the delegation visited and encouraged veteran Le Van Phung born in 1947 in Chi Dong 5 village. He was a victim of orange dioxin and a 2-3 year old soldier, due to his old age and weakness, he often had to go to the doctor for treatment for a long time.
Sharing with the working group, Mr. Le Van Phung proudly said that he has been a member of the Front Working Committee for many years, holding the position of Head of the Veterans Association of Chi Dong 5 Village, and if he is still healthy, he will continue to contribute.
Expressing his admiration for the spirit of donation of the old but enthusiastic veteran, comrade Pham Hai Hoa presented gifts, acknowledged and thanked him for his dedication, hoping that he would continue to maintain his health and always be a shining example for his children and grandchildren to follow.

In addition, the delegation visited the oldest farmer member in Kim Tien village, Mr. Ha Van Du, who is 91 years old and lives alone in a small house. Although old, he is still alert and takes care of himself, not worrying about his children and grandchildren. Presenting the gift to her aunt, comrade Pham Hai Hoa sent words of encouragement, wished her good health, and wished her to stay healthy and live a long time as a spiritual support for her children and grandchildren.
Doing a good job of caring for policy beneficiaries and people in difficult circumstances is a regular job of the entire political system, demonstrating the spirit of drinking water and remembering the source, mutual love and national solidarity, especially when the whole country is enthusiastically organizing many activities to celebrate and organize the 80th Anniversary of the National Day on September 2.
The gifts and the affection and encouragement of the Party Committee, government and the City Fatherland Front Committee have become a meaningful source of motivation, giving strength to union members and association members in the capital in difficult circumstances to rise up and overcome challenges; joy is also doubled in the atmosphere of welcoming the "river Youth Festival".
