Hanoi Clean Water Company has agreed on a plan to coordinate with other water suppliers such as Viwaco Joint Stock Company, Viwasupco Joint Stock Company, Hanoi Clean Water Joint Stock Company No. 3, Duong River Surface Water Joint Stock Company to promptly regulate pressure, ensure water quality and meet sudden increase in demand. At the same time, closely coordinate with Hanoi Electricity to maintain stable power supply for factories and pumping stations.
Operating units will proactively produce and regulate the network according to the approved plan; regularly check water quality, ensuring compliance with standards. The customer service hotline operates 24/24, receives feedback and coordinates to quickly resolve all incidents. The on-duty force is fully deployed to handle arising issues, ensuring the situation of water supply for the people.
According to General Director of Hanoi Clean Water Company Dang Ngoc Hai, the Company has carefully prepared the water supply scenarios, divided into 2 stages: Stage 1 (19 - 27.8): preparing for training, general parade; stage 2 (27.8 - 5.9): time for important events (parades, parades, cultural programs, arts...) and preparing for the opening day of the new school year right after the September 2nd holiday.
During the peak period, the Company will maximize the available water source and additional sources from the Da River and Duong River; at the same time, prepare a water supply plan by specialized vehicles when needed. Subordinate units are assigned to review the needs of each ward, large customers, hotels, restaurants, and accommodation for tourists.
In addition, the staff and employees will be increased to the grassroots level to coordinate in protecting the project, inspecting the fire prevention and fighting system, fire towers and implementing measures to prevent loss and loss of clean water.
