In recent days, Cu Nam Commune Police (Bo Trach District, Quang Binh Province) has deployed an extensive propaganda campaign, directly to each household to mobilize and guide people to contribute ideas to the draft amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution on the VNeID application.
The Commune Police force and the Village Security and Order Protection Team were mobilized, closely coordinating with local authorities to deploy working groups to each village and each household. Here, police officers not only propagated the role and significance of giving comments on amending the Constitution but also directly instructed people to use personal accounts on VNeID to look up the draft content and send comments.
Thanks to the method of "going to every alley, knocking on every door, checking every subject", many people - especially the elderly and those with little access to technology - have been able to approach and express their opinions conveniently and in accordance with regulations.
The police force identifies this as an important political task, to ensure the rights and obligations of citizens in building the legal system. The police will continue to support until people are proficient in using VNeID to contribute ideas to the Constitution.
The fact that the commune police go to people's homes for guidance has contributed to arousing the spirit of mastery, sense of responsibility and intelligence of the people in the process of building a socialist rule-of-law state.
