Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the National Assembly proposed to urgently implement the plan to organize the collection of people, sectors, levels and guide the organization of collecting opinions, summarizing people's opinions, sectors and levels on the draft resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.
The Chairman of the National Assembly directs tomorrow (6.5) to organize the announcement of collecting people's opinions on the full text of the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution and the accompanying documents on the Government web portal, the National Assembly web portal, the press agencies: Vietnam Television Station (VTV), Voice of Vietnam Radio (VOV), Vietnam Community and Community Portal.
At the same time, the National Assembly Chairman requested to promote and constantly innovate information and propaganda work, encourage the active participation of all classes of people, cadres, party members, experts, scientists and the entire political system, to form political activities, patriotic emulation movements, responsible for the country and people in amending the 2013 Constitution.
It is necessary to strongly apply information technology in collecting public opinions on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution through the VneID electronic application.
The National Assembly Chairman suggested that members of the Draft Committee for amending the Constitution need to grasp the ideological and public opinion situation of cadres, party members and people in the process of collecting public opinions, sectors and levels on the draft resolution.
Timely orientation and strengthening propaganda work to create unity in awareness among cadres, civil servants, public employees and people.
Monitor and urge ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to organize the collection of opinions, synthesize opinions of people, sectors and levels on draft Resolutions amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Constitution.
Organize research, absorb, and fully and thoroughly explain the opinions of the People, sectors, levels, and National Assembly deputies to complete the draft Resolution.
Promote a sense of responsibility, proactively deploy assigned tasks, overcome difficulties in terms of progress pressure, work to work with the entire Committee to successfully complete assigned political tasks.
