On February 9, Khanh Hoa Road Management and Construction Joint Stock Company was still constructing at landslide locations on Khanh Le Pass (National Highway 27C, section passing through Nam Khanh Vinh commune).
This is an important pass connecting 2 famous tourist areas, Nha Trang and Da Lat.
Currently, workers are carrying out clamping steel sheet piles, stacking rock cages to reinforce the negative taluy slope, drilling and transplanting steel to make retaining walls, in order to limit the risk of continued landslides.

After the flood in November 2025, the entire Khanh Le pass recorded about 100 landslide points. Among them, more than 50 points were completely blocked, seriously affecting traffic.
Up to now, the road management unit has mobilized manpower and machinery to break rocks and clear tens of thousands of cubic meters of soil and rocks spilled onto the road surface.
According to the plan, the work of collecting soil and rocks, and repairing to ensure traffic flow on 2 lanes has been fully completed before December 10, 2025.
Mr. Le Thuan Doan - Director of Khanh Hoa Road Management and Construction Joint Stock Company said that the maintenance unit continues to repair and overcome landslide locations of negative taluy slopes, focusing on repairing damaged road surfaces with asphalt concrete to ensure smooth and safe traffic before the Lunar New Year.
