Implementing Conclusion No. 167-KL/TW, dated June 13, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the policy of implementing the arrangement and organization of the apparatus and administrative units, put into operation at the provincial and commune levels from July 1, 2025.
On June 25, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Public Security Committees of Bac Ninh - Bac Giang provinces met and unanimously approved the plan to arrange working headquarters for the units after the merger.
To facilitate people, agencies and businesses to contact and work with and resolve administrative procedures after the establishment of new provincial, commune and ward police, the provincial police announce the working headquarters of the units after the merger, specifically as follows:
Board of Directors: Working at the new headquarters of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police, address: Hung Vuong Street, Tan Tien Ward, Bac Giang City (working headquarters of the new Bac Ninh Provincial Police).
In the immediate future, after July 1, 2025, units will receive administrative procedures according to their functions and report crimes at locations of Bac Ninh Provincial Police and Bac Giang Provincial Police before the merger.
The citizen reception will be held at the headquarters of the new Bac Ninh Provincial Police (address: Hung Vuong Street, Tan Tien Ward, Bac Giang City).
In the immediate future, the working positions of the Police of departments, communes, wards, stations, and (new) memorial areas are specifically as follows:
