Accordingly, the project aims to overcome the damage and deterioration after many years of use; create a spacious appearance for schools, classrooms and student housing areas; meet the requirements of facilities for training and fostering cadres.
"Strive to meet the level 1 standard by September 2025 and the level 2 standard by 2030 according to the Project of the Standing Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee", the decision clearly stated.
The project will be implemented on a construction scale, focusing on items. The estimated cost of the project is 8.3 billion VND, using local budget capital allocated in the province's annual revenue and expenditure estimate.
The project was assigned to Dien Bien Provincial Political School as the implementation organizer, with the implementation period of tasks in 2025-2026. This Decision takes effect from September 4, 2025.
The Provincial People's Committee also requires the Provincial Political School to be responsible for completing the dossier and organizing the implementation of the next steps of the project to ensure compliance with the provisions of law.
