Dien Bien invests nearly 56 billion VND in Public Administration Service Center

Dien Bien - The Provincial People's Committee has just approved nearly 56 billion VND to purchase and equip Public Administration Service Centers to improve service quality.

Mr. Le Thanh Do - Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee has just signed Decision No. 2001/QD-UBND on approving the tasks and estimates of investment funds for equipment for Public Administration Service Centers at the commune and provincial levels.

Accordingly, the total estimated cost is 55.9 billion VND, from the state budget. The project will be implemented in 2025 at the Public Administration Service Centers at the commune and provincial levels in Dien Bien province.

The investment portfolio includes a series of equipment, divided into 3 main groups.

Equipment for staff, including: 338 sets of stationery, 338 sets of power stations, printers, photocopy machines, high-speed scanning machines and software systems, loudspeakers, electronic boards...

Equipment to serve people (for 2 wards): invest in smart Kiosks, online application tables, information display, waiting chairs...

Shared equipment: Lan Lan network system, fireworks, wifi transmission equipment, surveillance camera system and high-capacity air conditioner, ensuring stable and safe information technology infrastructure and operating facilities.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to preside over and be responsible for organizing the implementation of tasks, ensuring progress, quality, and efficiency; managing, using, and settling funding in accordance with regulations.

During the implementation process, it is necessary to comply with regulations on standards, norms for the use of machinery and equipment, and legal regulations on public assets, bidding, and regular expenditure management.

According to the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Dien Bien province, 129 communes, wards and towns will be rearranged to establish 45 new commune-level administrative units (42 communes, 3 wards).
