Nearly 600 officers and 2,500 workers practiced a scenario in which an electrical short circuit caused a fire to break out in the office chair sewing area on the third floor of factory 10 of the company. The fire spread, creating a lot of smoke and causing new incidents. Many people were trapped inside the factory.
When a fire was detected, the workers activated the fire alarm to sound the alarm. At the same time, they quickly called the Fire Police and Rescue Department at 114.

Inside there is a large amount of flammable materials such as wood, fabric, foam, glue, and synthetic resin. The company has a total land area of nearly 124,000 square meters. The company has 11 production factories, 1 multi-purpose building (all 4 floors high) and warehouses for raw materials, offices, etc. The largest number of workers is present during the day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with about 2,500 workers. Therefore, evacuation instructions, rescue work when a fire occurs must be given top priority.
