Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen - Deputy Minister of Public Security - affirmed that Major General Trang A Tua has worked for 46 years, contributed to the Public Security sector, and has worked in many fields, from 2021 to present, holding the position of Director of the Department of Construction of the movement to protect the security and order. Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen emphasized that Colonel Tran Van Duong is a cadre who has matured from the grassroots, taking on quite comprehensive responsibilities in the field of work in the Public Security sector. For many years, he was Deputy Director of Can Tho Provincial Police and from the beginning of 2025 to now, Director of Soc Trang Provincial Police.
