Initial information, on the same morning, people going to cut Vietnamese coriander in the rice field area were horrified to discover the body of a man in a hanging position on a tree in an empty lot on Kenh Tieu - Ba Diem 1 street, Ba Diem commune. The incident was then reported to functional agencies.
Upon receiving the news, the police force quickly arrived to seal off the scene, conduct an examination and collect relevant traces to serve the investigation.
The victim was identified as Mr. L.V.T (53 years old, from Vinh Long).
According to relatives, Mr. T works as a street fruit seller. Every day, he often goes to Hoc Mon wholesale market to get goods and then transport them to sell on the roads in the area.
Currently, initial autopsy work is basically completed, the victim's body has been taken to the morgue to serve forensic work. The cause of the incident is being further clarified by the police.
